My name is Kathleen Farrelly I was the eldest of five girls that went to St. Bernadette's primary school. I started sept.1969 my p1 teacher was miss Barry. I remembered miss McSherry as head, miss Hughes as secretary. I absolutely loved my school and cried when my mummy kept me off.Teachers I remember are miss Healy lovely lady, miss Eagleson, Mrs Patterson aka the singing teacher my teacher,Mrs Doherty, miss Molloy, best years of my life, so sad to see it gone. We always felt safe there even through the troubles

I would love to see any photos of my time at the school..
