"Try phoning there"

I can never get an answer when phoning Ols See House foe example I am on my seventh attempt in the past two hours and its the last attempt, this happened the last time I had a question too ask before I went for my appointment and ended up very upset and frustrated, the same today, no answer, it rings for so long, a few minutes then cuts off, Good Luck to anyone trying too ring them..
