"Staff need better training and monitoring"

On average the long term staff are unpleasant and have a bad attitude. They frequently do not pack my bag as they are supposed to when the store is not busy and the customer has a small number of items. One or two staff are talkative and nice but on the whole, most of the long term servers are unpleasant and decline to even make eye contact. New staff are usually pleasant, professional and normal. But they don't seem to stick around. I dislike shopping in this store..
