"AWFUL WAITING TIMES"

I like Brendan have known him for a long time.

His practice has grown into a thriving business.

Unfortunately it takes 3 to 4 weeks for an appointment.

I made an appointment with the nurse to get blood today and she didn't show up. I had taken the morning off and lost pay for this appointment. There was no I'm sorry she hasnt turned up, just shes not coming in today. There was no offer to rebook the appointment either.

If I treated customers like this I'd be out of business..
