"Infuriating and disappointing"

Day One: Missed delivery by five minutes.

Day 2 Told delivery would be at same time this day. Was Four hours earlier - missed again.

Day 3 Nobody came anywhere near me.

Promised delivery for day 5... we shall see!

Desperately difficult to get hold of a real human voice to answer specific questions. Bad experience all round.
