I had went to Alexi Mekki a couple of times and was pleased with the results. However on my 3rd visit to the salon I was kept waiting for 40 minutes and didn't receive a word of apology for the inconvenience. At the prices they charge, Alexi Mekki should really think more about the full customer service experience. This was the worst hairdressing experience I have had..
