I've just read the lady's review about getting her ring fixed and the alleged difficulties she's been having. I find it extremely hard to believe anything she has written and would suggest that this is some sort of sick practical joke. I have had dealings with Joseph Rea Jewellers on several occasions and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. They have always been professional, extremely courteous and have delivered when they have said they would. I would question the attitude of the lady in her scathing review - based on her poor grammar, atrocious presentation of a review (which she claims is extremely important and that we should all be warned against this well-known and extremely trusted jewellers) I question her intelligence and ability to communicate with people. I would question her social skills and suggest that her own tone and manner might be a provocation for curt replies. She might not understand what I've just written - I hope someone can explain it to her. .
