"Co-Op customer parking"

I have just come back from holiday to be hit by a £90 fine for parking beyond the time limit at the Co-Op, Lisburn Road Belfast. I parked at 8pm and did my grocery shopping. I filled the boot of the car about 9pm and decided to go for a walk up the road as it was a nice eve. I returned to the car park at 10. It is dreadful to enforce fines so late on in the evening especially when the car park is empty. I thought the enforcement only applied during 9-5.

A very disappointed customer!.
