"Offer unavailable!!"

In relation to the people who said about the phone number not being answered, I got speaking to a very helpful member of staff right away.

However, my rant is they have a Technika 42" Tv for £329 and despite repeated promises of more deliveries 'on a daily basis'they never have any in stock. Is this an offer to get people into the store so they then buy a more expensive one!!??.
