"Late deliveries"

A review of Royal Mail by William written on Thursday 3rd of March 2011

I am waiting on parcel deliveries near week now, all i get is letters,not important ones,found out parcels approx 6 are at Prince Regent Road so went along and asked was there parcels for me overdue,yes sir bulk delivery hasnt gone out,ok i will take them with me,sorry not allowed to do that i was told.Right i said if i cant get them and u have them, send them back to senders as there no good to me sitting in ur parcel office.Tried to complain online waste of time and loss of money by the time u go through menu you get sorry but due to high demand unable to answer,..........Hope they hurry up and get buyer for Royal Mail.
