I tried getting support from a major TV manufacturer with a problem about a recently purchased TV.

I had lost the instruction book.

Emails, support sites,phone calls to call centres were exceptionally frustating.

I telephoned C.S. Suppliers and a very smart and polite employee solved my problem with the TV in two minutes. On the phone! .
