From the moment I stepped through their doors, it became evident that the staff’s commitment to their duty of care was severely lacking. Despite their role as caregivers to vulnerable individuals, I found their approach to be not only detrimental but also neglectful to the well-being of those they serve.

Whilst I understand that mental health professionals must interact with a diverse range of individuals, each with unique needs and challenges - However, this diversity does not excuse the absence of empathy and understanding in their interactions. If these essential qualities are lacking, it calls into question their suitability for such a critical role.

To anyone considering seeking help from this facility, I urge you to explore other options. You deserve to receive support from professionals who genuinely care about your well-being and who are equipped to provide effective assistance.

For those who have endured similar experiences, I want to emphasize that you are not alone. Your feelings and experiences are valid, and you deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.
