"Unhelpful"

I have bought in the past to support a long-standing Belfast enterprise, but I will not return.

One salesperson tried to tell me that watch hands were luminous where in fact I have sat in a pitch black room and found that they were not. I also checked this up online so a knowledge of products is also not there.

Prices are not price-matched.

I am now left with what is an expensive watch for me, around £100 more than online, and one which doesn't suit my purposes and which I can't return..
