"Bad customer service from Michael"

Called for information about my dog , Michael was very rude to me on the phone when I was inquiring about dog allergy treatment wanted to know who gave me information on a allergy product I was inquiring about also they don’t really get to the bottom of treating your dog and it is back and forth for more money love my dog but feel that they only care about the money.
